Refund Policy

2. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS Where the purchase is made by a company, organisation or a self-employed professional acting for purposes relating to their trade or profession, the following applies: Payment confirms your place. Once TetraPod approves your request to join and grants access to the program content, the fee is non-refundable. Before access is granted, you may cancel and receive a full refund by writing to paulo.ferreira@tetrapod.be.

3. CONSUMERS Where the purchase is made by an individual acting outside their trade, business or profession, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period runs from the day after the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send a clear statement to paulo.ferreira@tetrapod.be before the 14 days expire. We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of being informed, using the same means of payment you used. Loss of the withdrawal right: if you ask us to begin providing the program before the 14-day period ends, and you expressly consent to this and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, you will no longer be able to withdraw. We will ask you to confirm this explicitly before granting access. Without that confirmation, your 14-day right remains in full. If you withdraw after performance has begun with your express consent, you pay an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to that point.
